100年に1度の変革期において、環境変化は日増しに加速しており、事業は複雑性を増しています。
いすゞは、こうした状況下でさまざまな社会課題を解決し、商用車業界をリードする存在になるべく挑戦したいと考えています。
そのためには、いすゞグループ従業員一人ひとりが高い視座に立ち、同じ価値観を共有しながら、一丸となって社会課題の解決に取り組むことが必要と考え、2023年5月に、その指針となる新たな経営理念体系「ISUZU ID」を策定しました。

Isuzu Code of Conduct

Isuzu Group has established the "Isuzu Code of Conduct" as the foundation for its decisions and actions, in order to steadily realize the aspirations outlined in the ISUZU ID in its daily operations.
The Isuzu Code of Conduct outlines what each individual working within Isuzu Group should value, how to make decisions, and how to act. It clearly defines what must be followed and what must not be done, and also serves as a "guideline" to return to when unsure of a decision.
We aim to realize ISUZU ID through the accumulation of daily judgments and actions based on our code of conduct.

ISUZU Transformation - Growth to 2030 (IX)

To address various social challenges related to "transportation," Isuzu Group has formulated ISUZU Mid-term Business Plan "ISUZU Transformation - Growth to 2030 (IX)," aiming to transform into a "commercial mobility solutions company" in the global market by 2030.
IX is a concrete manifestation of ISUZU ID's VISION and MISSION, based on forecasts from the achievements and challenges of the previous ISUZU Mid-term Business Plan and backcasting from ISUZU ID, with a 2030 perspective. It embodies our determination to flexibly respond to diversifying customer needs and a highly uncertain business environment, and to constantly transform with flexibility.
