100年に1度の変革期において、環境変化は日増しに加速しており、事業は複雑性を増しています。
いすゞは、こうした状況下でさまざまな社会課題を解決し、商用車業界をリードする存在になるべく挑戦したいと考えています。
そのためには、いすゞグループ従業員一人ひとりが高い視座に立ち、同じ価値観を共有しながら、一丸となって社会課題の解決に取り組むことが必要と考え、2023年5月に、その指針となる新たな経営理念体系「ISUZU ID」を策定しました。

To address various social challenges related to "transportation," Isuzu Group has formulated ISUZU Mid-term Business Plan "ISUZU Transformation - Growth to 2030 (IX)," aiming to transform into a "commercial mobility solutions company" in the global market by 2030.
IX is a concrete manifestation of ISUZU ID's VISION and MISSION, based on forecasts from the achievements and challenges of the previous ISUZU Mid-term Business Plan and backcasting from ISUZU ID, with a 2030 perspective. It embodies our determination to flexibly respond to diversifying customer needs and a highly uncertain business environment, and to constantly transform with flexibility.
