Concerning administrative procedures related to shares

After the implementation of the electronic share certificate system, the various administrative procedures concerning shares will, in principle, be carried out via the securities company with whom the shareholders opened their trading account. However, concerning payment of unclaimed dividends, payment will be made at the head office and nationwide branches of Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking Corporation, which will continue as the administrator of the shareholder registry.
In addition to this, concerning requests for administrative procedure forms, shareholders are asked to contact the securities company with whom the shareholder conducts trading.
Moreover, concerning requests for administrative procedure forms related to shares registered in a special account, Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking Corporation, the Company-designated special-account managing institution, provides a 24-hour inquiry service that can respond to both telephone and Internet inquiries. Shareholders are requested to use this service.

Concerning the registration of shareholders' names and addresses

If there are characters in the name or address of shareholders that are not specified by the book entry transfer institution (Japan Securities Depository Center, Inc.; hereinafter "JASDEC"), the character(s) specified by JASDEC will be replaced by all or part of the character(s) in the name or address of the shareholder before it is registered in the shareholder registry. In this case, please note that the name written on the address of shareholder notifications will use the characters specified by JASDEC.
