ISUZU MOTORS LIMITED (hereinafter referred to as "Isuzu") establishes the following terms of use for social media (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms").
Isuzu operates accounts (hereinafter "Official Accounts") on social media such as Facebook, YouTube, LINE, Instagram, and Twitter (hereinafter "Social Media") as a communication platform to help you feel closer to Isuzu by providing information about Isuzu's products and services and introducing the various initiatives Isuzu is undertaking.
All users of the official accounts (hereinafter referred to as "users") are requested to agree to these terms and conditions before using the accounts.
(1) Information provided by Isuzu on its official accounts does not necessarily represent official announcements or views of Isuzu. Official announcements and views of Isuzu are posted on the Isuzu website (https://www.isuzu.co.jp/) or in news releases.
(2) Isuzu is not obligated to guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information provided on its official accounts, and may change or delete such information after it has been provided without prior notice.
(3) Isuzu assumes no responsibility for the content (comments, photos, videos, etc.) posted by users on its official accounts.
(4) Isuzu shall not be held responsible for any trouble or disputes that may arise between users or between users and third parties on the official accounts.
(5) Isuzu shall not be liable for any trouble or damage arising from a user's use of or inability to use the official account.
(6) Isuzu cannot answer any questions regarding the functions, operation methods, operation status, or other management and operation items of each social media operating company.
When using the official accounts, users are prohibited from engaging in the following actions. If a user's actions fall under any of the following, Isuzu may hide or delete the content posted by the user, block or delete the user, or take any other measures that Isuzu deems necessary without prior notice.
① Any actions that violate laws and regulations or public order and morals, or that encourage such actions (including posts about illegal modifications or dangerous driving).
② Any act that violates the privacy of others, such as disclosing or leaking personal information without the consent of the individual.
③ Any act of discrimination based on race, creed, sex, etc., or any act that encourages such discrimination.
④ Any act that infringes or encourages the rights of Isuzu or a third party (including posts that infringe Isuzu's copyright).
⑤ Any act that damages the reputation or slanders a specific individual, organization, country, local government, or region.
⑥ Impersonating Isuzu or a third party
⑦ Spreading false information or information that is grossly untrue
8. Commercial activities such as introducing or advertising other companies' products
9. Political activities, election campaigns, religious activities, or any other similar activities
10. Spamming
⑪ Attempting to gain unauthorized access to official accounts or networks related to official accounts by hacking or other means
⑫ Actions that interfere with the operation of official accounts
⑬ Actions that violate the terms of use set by each social media operating company
14. Any other conduct that Isuzu deems inappropriate
Isuzu will appropriately manage personal information provided by users in accordance with its privacy policy.
Please note that Isuzu may change these terms and conditions without prior notice.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising between the User and Isuzu shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
(1) Please note that Isuzu cannot reply to all posts from users on its official accounts.
