ISUZU MOTORS LIMITED (hereinafter referred to as "Isuzu") establishes the following terms of use for social media (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms").
Isuzu operates accounts (hereinafter "Official Accounts") on social media such as Facebook, YouTube, LINE, Instagram, and Twitter (hereinafter "Social Media") as a communication platform to help you feel closer to Isuzu by providing information about Isuzu's products and services and introducing the various initiatives Isuzu is undertaking.
All users of the official accounts (hereinafter referred to as "users") are requested to agree to these terms and conditions before using the accounts.
- Information provided by Isuzu on its official accounts does not necessarily represent Isuzu's official statements or views. Isuzu's official statements and views are made on the Isuzu website (https://www.isuzu-global.com/) and through news releases.
- Isuzu does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information provided on its official accounts, and may change or delete such information without prior notice after it has been provided.
- Isuzu assumes no responsibility whatsoever for content (comments, photos, videos, etc.) posted by users on its official accounts.
- Isuzu assumes no responsibility whatsoever for any troubles or disputes that may arise between users or between users and third parties on its official accounts.
- Isuzu assumes no responsibility whatsoever for any troubles or damages arising from a user's use of or inability to use the official account.
- Isuzu is unable to answer any questions regarding the functions, operation methods, operational status, or other management and operational items of social media platforms operated by individual social media companies.
When using the official accounts, users are prohibited from engaging in the following actions. If a user's actions fall under any of the following, Isuzu may hide or delete the content posted by the user, block or delete the user, or take any other measures that Isuzu deems necessary without prior notice.
- Acts that violate laws or public order and morals, or acts that encourage such acts (including posts related to illegal modifications and dangerous driving).
- Actions that infringe on the privacy of others, such as disclosing or leaking personal information without the consent of the individual concerned.
- Acts that discriminate based on race, creed, sex, etc., or acts that promote such discrimination.
- Any act that infringes or encourages the rights of Isuzu or a third party (including posts that infringe Isuzu's copyright).
- Acts that damage the reputation or defame specific individuals, groups, countries, local governments, or regions.
- Acts of impersonating Isuzu or a third party
- The act of spreading false information or information that is significantly contrary to the facts.
- Commercial activities such as introducing or promoting other companies' products.
- Political activities, election campaigns, religious activities, or similar activities
- Spamming
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to official accounts and networks associated with official accounts through hacking or other means.
- Actions that disrupt the operation of the official account
- Actions that violate the terms of service set by each social media company.
- Any other conduct that Isuzu deems inappropriate
Isuzu will appropriately manage personal information provided by users in accordance with its privacy policy.
Please note that Isuzu may change these terms and conditions without prior notice.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising between the User and Isuzu shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
