Operations Support Promotion Department CK
In the Domestic Policy Group of the Operations Support Promotion Department, we are planning services for PREISM, which monitors vehicle condition to prevent breakdowns and enable quick repairs if breakdowns occur, and MIMAMORI, an operations management service that supports transportation companies with labor management and other related tasks.
I think the appeal of Isuzu is that they have a system in place that supports what you want to do. For example, when I wanted to take an external training course, I asked my supervisor and he was happy to let me take it.
I organize town hall meetings together with other CAs (Change Ambassadors) in my department, and I feel that recently, through these efforts, it has become easier to approach people from other departments. I think the company has become an atmosphere where it is easy to talk to a wide range of people.
*A concrete declaration that each employee who makes up Isuzu will take ISUZU ID personally and change their own behavior.
My "I Do declaration is "I will walk 10,000 steps a day!" I realized that I need physical strength to do my best at work, so I started building my stamina by walking 10,000 steps a day.
To achieve the goal of being "No. 1 in environmental friendliness," I will be planning services for MIMAMORI /PREISM, which promotes eco-driving and carbon neutrality.
As a behind-the-scenes worker, I contribute to supporting MIMAMORI /PREISM's services to ensure they are delivered on time and within budget.
If you are looking to further your own growth, come work with us at Isuzu!
