At Isuzu Hospital, a company-run hospital of Isuzu Motors, I support a wide range of hospital operations as an assistant to the administrative manager, including recruiting hospital staff, managing finances, and investing in equipment.
I think the appeal of Isuzu is the corporate culture that allows you to take on a variety of challenges. If you are willing to take on challenges, you can learn a lot.
I feel a sense of accomplishment when something I planned while working on my job takes shape as a new system or implementation. For example, with the aim of improving convenience for patients and users and improving the working conditions of hospital staff, we will be changing the standard working days at Isuzu Hospital to a hospital-specific system starting next fiscal year.
Because this was a major change within the company, there were many issues that needed to be resolved, but with the help of people in the relevant departments, we were able to address each issue one by one and somehow make it a reality. We hope to continue striving for better hospital management in the future.
Isuzu has a corporate culture that makes it easy to work, where people from other departments support the things you want to do, and I think the work-life balance is good, as I can also actively participate in events at my child's kindergarten.
Through holding division town hall meetings and planning to actively communicate various initiatives both inside and outside the company, I feel a strong sense of determination to transform into a new Isuzu, and I myself would like to carry out my daily work so that we can achieve our core values.
