Please tell me your job duties.

I belong to the Planning and Finance Department, and I am responsible for monthly closing procedures and cost calculations for assigned parts in the Product Cost Management Group of Accounting Dept..

What made you want to work at Isuzu? What motivated you to apply?

I decided to work for Isuzu because I was attracted to the company's solid history, sustainable technology, and the opportunity to gain experience in a global environment. My motivation for applying stemmed from my desire to contribute to the company's growth through numbers and data.

What do you like about Isuzu? What are its charms?

First of all, Isuzu's appeal lies in its thorough quality control and technological innovation. Furthermore, teamwork with colleagues is deeply rooted in my work, and I find it wonderful that we can achieve results by working together to address challenges in our daily work. Even within the automotive industry, Isuzu's focus on environmental initiatives and social contribution activities is another reason we can take pride in our work.

When do you feel a sense of accomplishment or fulfillment in your work? What is interesting about your current job?

The rewarding part of this job is working with a team to tackle issues that require accurate analysis and calculations during monthly accounting and cost calculations. In particular, precise calculations of planned costs are required, and the moments when the whole team can share a sense of accomplishment through this process bring a sense of fulfillment.

Please tell us how you feel Isuzu has changed recently and what you yourself are trying to change.

The monthly town hall meetings held by Accounting Dept. have increased opportunities for communication, and I feel that I've become closer to my superiors.

*A concrete declaration that each employee who makes up Isuzu will take ISUZU ID personally and change their own behavior.

My "I Do declaration is to "input new accounting knowledge at least once a day." This is because, as an accounting professional, it is important to update my accounting knowledge and enhance my expertise.

What actions will you take to achieve the four ISUZU ID No. 1s?

In order to "realize the No. 1 job satisfaction," we actively communicate across departments and divisions, and respect each other's opinions to create an open workplace.

Regarding ISUZZ ID's core value of "Drive to Challenge," how is it currently contributing to this?

I believe that challenges are a source of growth. Through challenges, I can acquire new skills and broaden my potential. As for future challenges, I would like to try to improve the efficiency of accounting processes and strengthen data analysis in order to respond to the evolution of digital technology and changes in the business environment. I believe that this will support swift and accurate decision-making and contribute to improving the productivity of the entire department.
