I am the leader of the CN Promotion Group in IM Promotion Dept. of Manufacturing Division.
IM stands for Isuzu Monozukuri, and CN stands for Carbon Neutral.
My work involves promoting decarbonization and efficient resource utilization in Isuzu's manufacturing processes.

What I like about Isuzu is that our products, such as trucks and buses, work alongside people all over the world and support society.
My current job involves environmental issues such as carbon neutrality, which is also a social issue, so I feel happy that I can contribute to the Earth through my work, and I also enjoy being exposed to new technologies as we test the introduction of new technologies to achieve carbon neutrality.

When leading a team, I try to listen carefully. I respect each other's positions and think about how we can move forward.

The company's encouragement to hold town hall meetings has made it easier to create opportunities for dialogue with higher-ups. I would like to use town hall meetings effectively to invigorate DE&I (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) activities within my department.

My "I Do declaration is "Reflect, act, and update myself every day!" Because I want to grow into a slightly better version of myself than I was yesterday.

In order to achieve our goal of being "No. 1 in environmental friendliness," we will work with relevant departments to implement various measures and activities to reduce _CO2 emissions from our factories to zero.

I want to cherish my "Drive to Challenge" and study more so that I can confidently lead Isuzu's efforts toward carbon neutrality.
