I am the leader of a team that is responsible for inspecting the panels that form the base of truck cabs and the products that are molded during the manufacturing process of plastic parts.

What do you like about Isuzu? What are its charms?

I think the appeal of Isuzu is that each and every employee can demonstrate their abilities regardless of age or gender.

Please tell me about the ease of working at Isuzu and work-life balance.

There are also various ways to work, such as harmonizing work and life, and support for childcare and taking vacation time.
Even when it comes to changes in life such as marriage and child-rearing, rather than giving up and choosing what I can't do, I rely on the people around me, broaden my horizons and way of thinking, and think about how I can make it happen, thereby enriching my lifestyle.

What do you value most when leading a team?

When I work, I feel a great sense of accomplishment when the whole team is able to achieve new improvement activities without being bound by problems or preconceived notions, and when I lead a team, I always make sure to communicate with each individual.

Please tell us how you feel Isuzu has changed recently and what you yourself are trying to change.

I would like to create a more open work environment by making it a conscious effort to call each other "san" instead of by job titles.
