Sales Department /
Regional Management Office No. 2 KS
Regional Management Office No. 2 is primarily responsible for overseas sales of commercial vehicles to emerging markets. Currently, I am in charge of Africa, where I manage projects in various countries and oversee the operations of our affiliated companies located there.
Isuzu has expanded into countries all over the world, and wherever I go, I can feel that my company is contributing to "transporting people." There are many opportunities for overseas business trips and overseas postings, even at a young age, and the company has a culture that gives opportunities to motivated employees, so I think it is a very rewarding job.
As an overseas salesperson, the moment I feel the greatest sense of accomplishment is seeing the vehicles I worked on running in the local area. I was previously stationed in South Africa and Dubai, and during that time I was involved in setting up the African sales department within the regional headquarters. I believe that being able to build something from scratch, including building organizational functions and hiring local staff, was a valuable experience.
I feel that the introduction of business casual has led to a more diverse range of attire in the workplace. I too would like to get rid of the preconceived notion that suits are necessary and instead try to dress appropriately for the occasion.

My "I Do declaration is "leading by example." This is because, when moving things forward, people won't follow unless you show it through actions, not just words. By setting an example, I gain recognition for my value from others and build trust. I believe this is important not only within my own organization but also with our counterparts overseas.
To achieve "No. 1 in customer satisfaction," we will understand market needs and customer requests based on the 3-gen principle, and promote improvement activities aimed at resolving issues while building cooperative relationships within Isuzu and with overseas dealerships.
I believe that change leads to personal and organizational growth. Seeking opportunities for change, I volunteered to lead a team activity that was started in International Sales Division two years ago. Through this new activity of promoting local after-sales service improvements together with team members from different departments and sales companies, I have been able to contribute to the growth of not only myself, but also my team members and local sales companies.
If you want to work globally and achieve something on your own, come to Isuzu!
