Isuzu Motors Limited (Headquartered in Yokohama, Kanagawa, Japan; President and CEO: Naohiro Yamaguchi; hereinafter “Isuzu”) today issued “ISUZU Integrated Report 2026”.
Through the Integrated Report, Isuzu communicates to stakeholders the Isuzu Group’s medium- to long-term business strategies, the management foundations that support them, and its business activities for resolving social issues.
Integrated Report 2026 outlines how Isuzu creates value, executes its mid-term business plan, ISUZU Transformation – Growth to 2030 (IX), and delivers sustainable growth in pursuit of the Isuzu Group’s PURPOSE, Moving the World – for You. In particular, this year’s report provides enhanced disclosure in the following three areas.
- New management structure and leadership
Naohiro Yamaguchi, who assumed the position of President and CEO in April 2026, sets out his commitment as Isuzu’s new leader, his perspective on the business environment, approach to one-team management in executing IX, and views on Isuzu’s strengths.

The report presents Isuzu’s business model - the characteristics of commercial vehicles and how value is created throughout the vehicle life cycle - from planning and development through to after-sales service. A special feature provides an in-depth look at Isuzu’s after-sales services, which continue to underpin stable vehicle operations for customers after the sale of new vehicles.
- Accelerating the execution of IX and advancing growth strategies
The report highlights progress in Isuzu’s growth strategies as part of its efforts in executing IX, including the review of a merger with UD Trucks and value creation initiatives at Isuzu East Africa Limited in Kenya.
Isuzu will continue to disclose information to deepen the understanding of the Isuzu Group and will strive to enhance corporate value through ongoing dialogue with stakeholders.
